How long does a website audit take?
Most audits complete in 2-5 minutes. Complex sites with many pages may take up to 10 minutes. You'll see real-time progress during the audit, and we'll email you when your report is ready.
My audit seems stuck. What should I do?
First, refresh the page and check if the audit completed. If it's genuinely stuck for more than 15 minutes, the site may be blocking our crawler. Try running the audit again, or contact support with your session ID (shown in the URL).
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If SchemaReports isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
Yes. For teams needing more than 100 audits per month, custom API access, or dedicated support, reach out to sales@schemareports.com to discuss enterprise options.
How do I connect Google Search Console or Analytics?
From your dashboard, click "Connect Integration" and follow the OAuth flow. You'll authorize read-only access to your GSC or GA4 account. Data syncs automatically within minutes. See our GSC integration guide or GA4 integration guide for details.
Can I white-label reports for my clients?
Yes, white-labeling is available on Agency plans ($150/month). You can add your logo, brand colors, and custom domain. Reports will display your branding with no mention of SchemaReports. Learn more on our white-label page.
