Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SchemaReports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
SchemaReports provides automated website auditing and analysis tools. Audits are generated using AI-powered analysis and are intended as informational guidance, not guarantees of search engine performance or business outcomes.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or entity per account unless on a team plan.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Free Tier
The free tier provides 1 audit per month with no credit card required. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice.
Acceptable Use
You may not use SchemaReports to: scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit in bulk for competitive intelligence, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis system, resell audit data without authorization, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
Intellectual Property
Audit reports generated for your websites belong to you. You may share, publish, or distribute your own reports. The SchemaReports platform, branding, methodology, and AI models remain our intellectual property.
Data & Privacy
Your use of SchemaReports is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process audit data to provide the service and may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our platform.
Refund Policy
All paid plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid billing cycle, contact support for a full refund. Subsequent months are non-refundable but you may cancel anytime.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your audit history is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
